[PilotMgr] New problem when syncing

I wonder if it's just me or anyone else has experienced similar problems with pilotmgr lately. Everything worked seamlessly before but I got a bunch of warnings today as follows. As a result, those appointments were not ported to the palm.

I don't know why it complained today - it always worked before.
