Adi, I assume you're not on the pilotmgr alias - this exact issue was just 
discussed a couple days ago (both another person and myself had experienced this 
same problem).  I wonder why this is happening so often all of a sudden?

To fix, go into your SyncMemo configuration window, and select the option 
"overwrite files" (it might be called something like "blow away files" under 
1.106+) and perform a hotsync.  Of course, this means you'll lose any changes in 
your desktop memo database made since your last successful hotsync.

I would also recommend you upgrade to v1.107, and join the pilotmgr alias.

P.S. I just caught the fact that you recently upgraded to PalmOS 3.3.  That 
might be the common link.  I also upgraded to 3.3 a few days before I ran into 
this problem...
