[PilotMgr] Pilot Mgr Corruption Problem

Hello All,

Just recently my pilot manager totally disappears during a hot sync.  I've tried 
downloading pilot manager and reinstalling it again to see if that would solve 
the problem; it didn't.  Below is the log... Any help would be greatly 
appreciated!!
