Raju,

	If you haven't received an answer yet, you can chek the archives. I ran
into this problem once and sent a solution to the list. Briefly, remove
the SyncCM.pm file from the pilotmgr directory, start pilotmanager and
it should say it is removing the conduit. Then stop pilotmanager, move
the file back into the directory and restart pilotmanager. It should
list SyncCM as a new conduit and you should be able to use it just fine.
