[PilotMgr] Re: PP sync problem

I am suddenly having problems getting the hotsync working. 
The application hangs while "retrieving user info" and the pilot
says "Identifying User." The connection is eventually lost and 
the pilot then says, "some of your data was not backed up." At the
same time, PM hangs hard and I then have to manually kill the
pilotmanager PID. The PM version is 1.107.

Any ideas on this one? Note that I also pressed the soft reset
button and I have tried rebooting the desktop.

I did notice a corefile in the .pilotmgr directory. The last 
successful sync was 3/27. I don't recall any significant
changes on my system other than in an effort to resolve this I
tried downloading another copy of the pilotmanager. Below is the 
log of my last sync, and my recent attempts since this problem
developed.

Lastly, for the first time when I killed the process, I got the
following message:
