[PilotMgr] Re: Getting palm to retrieve e-mail

Thanks to Bill Pittore, I can now get mail.

However, I still have not been able to get the hotsync working
again. The application hangs "retrieving user info", pilot
says "Identifying User" and the connection is eventually lost. 
The pilot then says, "some of your data was not backed up." I 
also have to manually kill pilotmanager.

Any ideas on this one? Note that I also pressed the soft reset
button.
