[PilotMgr] Need help setting Up Downloading PM

I need help downloading Pilot manager.

I have a palm 5 and wish to be able to download my calendar. I have been
to the download page but can't seem to download the files correctly.

Is there anyone out there that would be willing to assist? 

I am not that technical so I would need help with understanding the
very basic commands ie. tar, downloading etc
