[PilotMgr] Help, Memos being deleted

I restored memos from backup, and now when I try to sync I get:

Synchronizing using the SyncMemo conduit
SyncMemo did not complete cleanly
Error Can't fork at (eval 246) line 36
Trying to continue

Any ideas??

Thanks,
Diane
