[PilotMgr] Solaris 7 Address Manager and SyncAB

I've been using SyncAB for some time and just upgraded to Solaris 7.  My Address Manager does not seem to know how to deal with the SyncAB files.  How do I set it up to allow searching, entry and modification of the Pilot Address Book?
