[PilotMgr] TDK GlobalPulse for Palm OS 3.5

I have got information from TDK Systems Europe that there will be
a new version of GlobalPulse for Palm that will work on Palm OS 3.5.

It is scheduled to the beginning of next week. I think that it will
be version 1.2 because it is version 1.1 for Palm OS 3.3 today.

This is a bit of the topic for this list, but there is readers of this
