[PilotMgr] Need Small Packages for Linux w/ Perl 5.005

I would like to try Pilot Manager and have tried to install on my RedHat 6.1 
machine but on the web page I found no reference to a small packages file for 
Linux and Perl 5.005, only 5.004.  I tried the 5.004 hoping it would work but 
no dice, the install complains about a version error.  Can anyone point me to 
the location of the file or to source if I need to roll my own?
