[PilotMgr] transfer money via Palm Pilots

Hello, all,

I don't remember someone posting this before so excuse me
if they have.

I recently opened an account and downloaded the software
that will permit me to transfer money by beaming it from
my Palm to another as well as email.  It's called "PayPal".
