Mine is also an upgraded Palm Personal to a PalmIII.  Pilot Manager is failing 
when it's trying to get a list of databases.  It doesn't even get to run any 
conduits.  Maybe FlashPro sets an attribute bit on the file it moves into Flash 
that JackFlash isn't?
