[PilotMgr] Calendar Manager problems

I went to the SyncCM properties menu and did a "reset SyncCM" and it now 
works.  I still do not know why it crashed but it is working.  Not being a 
programmer, I am not going to try to figure it out but it would be good to 
know if it is something I did or something with the software.

This am I synced my pilot with my desktop.  Everything went peachy, as it 
has for months).  Just now I tried syncing before leaving for the day and 
PilotMgr dumped on me (exited and disapeared from my desktop).  When I 
looked in the window whence it was started from I got the enclosed error 
message.  Any of you have a clue what happened?
