[PilotMgr] Pilot-Link help

I am trying to set up my pilot link software so that I can try and tackle 
getting J-Pilot to work.

Have to do Pilot-Link first, I guess.
I have installed and unzipped the Pilot-link_092_OS2-Binary.zip and when I run
./configure in the resulting directory this is my error.
./configure
configure: error: can not find sources in . or ..

I am not a programmer or a software engineer have sys admin skill and work on
E-10k hardware all day so please respond with this in mind.
