Yup - it's nice!  I just upgraded to the PalmIIIx and got a Ricochet modem,
and it is nice to check bus/train status while waiting at the station!

I haven't tried it yet, but the newest version of proxyweb supports SSL, saving 
pages a memos (or locking them in the cache, plus a few other nice features - 
and since the proxy is doing the work -it is *fast*.

The other two net apps which I find indispensible are ptelnet (full vt100 
emulation etc.) and Top Gun Postman (POP client to retrieve and send from Palm 
built in mail app).
