[PilotMgr] New SyncMail with SMTP support.

  Don't know if the original author of SyncMail is still around since the
last update was on April 1999.  So I have created SyncMail 0.3 with the following
change.

#  Version 0.3 (alpha release), 1/2000 by Gregory Gee (gregg@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
#    - Added ability to send mail through sendmail or to an
#      SMTP server.  This conduit needs perl modules budle libnet from CPAN
#      to work.  I tested it with libnet-1.0607.

  If you want to use this new version, you will have to get the Net::SMTP module
which is part of libnet.  If anyone finds any bugs and fixes them, please email
them to me.  I have tested it to the best of my abilities but my perl is
not that great and I have only had my PalmPilot for 3 days.  You can get it

  I added SMTP support so that it could work with Netscape mail.  I point
the inbox to my ~/nsmail/Inbox and set the SMTP server to my ISP server.
If the original author is still out there, could you please merge this
code into your version.

  To configure SMTP support in SyncMail, click on "Send to SMTP server"
in the Outgoing mail section of the config panel.
