Actually, I explicitly reject those appointments because the old
CalendarManager was unable to handle them. In the new CalendarManager
(dtcm) I guess it's acceptable. If you look through SyncCM you can find the
code that rejects these appointments and comment it out (can't remember
where exactly it is off the top of my head).
