SyncMail problem

  Is there some setup I have to do before I use SyncMail.  Whenever I try
and use it, I get the following error.  My perl is a little rusty but that
section of the code is the same in every conduit.

01/04/100 13:34:45   Synchronizing using the SyncMail conduit
