ToDo Client - December Due Date Resolved

I have made a few changes to the ToDo Client code.  The most important
one being...  you can now enter due dates in December (previously, only
January through November worked).

I am in the process of setting up a new website, somewhere under
http://home.pacbell.net/pizz, but don't have it completed yet.  If you
would like a copy of the repaired ToDo Client (v0.313), please e-mail
me, and I'll send it to you.
