	Yes, it is SyncTime. This is due to a problem or change in the Palm 3.3
OS. Alan Harder has investigated to try to find a way to resolve this
issue, but has come up dry. Other developers have resolved it, but Alan
has not had success getting help from them or 3Com. So, until more
details can be discovered, or 3Com fixes it in a patch, don't use
SyncTime.
