If it't not on CPAN right now, you'll have to go with Alans advice
and recompile pilot-link.

You can get it from ftp://ryeham.ee.ryerson.ca/pub/PalmOS/ if you
don't already have it. Go to the Perl5 subdirectory, do a 
"perl Makefile.PL", "make", "make test", "make install" and
you should be fine.
