SyncTime error

i recently did a OS3.3 upgrade on my PalmIII and got the following error
first time i tried syncing with PilotManager.  error occured during
SyncTime conduit.

NotifyMgr.c, Line:846, error waking task
[Reset]

a soft reset worked fine.  but PilotManager hung on every sync with the
same error until i disabled SyncTime.
