ToDoClient v0.312 Released

I have put up v0.312 of ToDoClient, for general use.  The main changes
include printing features/fixes.

One of the new features includes compressed printing (to allow more text
on each page).  This portion requires the system program 'mpage', which
I will eventually make available via my site (not there yet).  If you
don't have 'mpage', you can still benefit from the printing fixes in
this version, just not the new print features.
