Announce: ical conduit, SyncMidi

Now there are two new conduits for pilot-manager. I have unsuccessfully
tried to contact the authors of pilot-manager (I did not get an answer,
although for a bug report issued about the same time I did get an
answer, maybe the mail was lost?), so I have set up a page to distribute
the conduits. I hereby give explicit permission to include these (as
contributed software?!) in pilot-manager.

SyncIcalCal syncs the UNIX calendar ical with the pilot. If you don't
know ical, you probably don't need this conduit.

SyncMidi allows you to use MIDI sounds from the net for your datebook
alarm. Just drop the MIDI file into the SyncMidi directory.

SyncIcalCal needs a patch to PilotSync.pm that I would like to see in
one of the next distributions of PilotManager.
