Yep.  PopSync requires the Mail::POP3Client perl module.  You can get
it from:

 
http://www.perl.com/CPAN-local/modules/by-module/Mail/POP3Client-2.3.tar.gz

then:

  $ gtar -zxvf POP3Client-2.3.tar.gz
  $ cd POP3Client-2.3/
  $ perl Makefile.pl
  $ make install

After that you should be good as gold.
