pilot OS3.3 upgrade & pilotmgr

I installed the latest palm OS v.3.3 last night. Alas, you have to use windoze
to do this.

I have since found that pilotmgr does work, except for modifying the user
preferences, i.e. baud rate, and time.

Baud rate fails with the following on the controlling window:

Unable to set baud rate 76800
Caught a SIGABRT at /share/pilot/bin/PilotManager line 2109
$ = eval {...} called from file `/share/pilot/bin/PilotManager' line 2105

$ = PilotMgr::buttonChoice('HotSync') called from file `/share/pilot/bin/PilotManager' line 356

$ = Tk::Button::butUp('Tk::Button=HASH(0xb22350)') called from file `/share/pilot/bin/PilotManager' line 2766
$ = eval {...} called from file `/share/pilot/bin/PilotManager' line 2766
./tools/sh/pilotmgr[13]: 13163 Abort(coredump)

To work around this I set baud to 115200 (Ultra 10). I guess this could be a problem with the older systems, such as the SS10 which don't support these
high speeds.

'SyncTime' appears to hang, the pilot mean while reports an error and
requests a reset!

I guess my major concern know is what happens if I loose the pilots memory as
pilotmgr is the best tool their is for reinstalling everything as it was!

Also, how am I going to sync with the SS10 I sometimes use....!

Regards,

Stacey
