SyncCM errors

I am getting the following errors on startup:

Unable to load conduit 'SyncCM'
SyncCM has been removed from the conduit lists
Details of the error:

        SyncCM Error!

        SyncCM was unable to load.  Perhaps this is because you do
        not have the appropriate CDE library (libcsa) installed on
        your system?

        Note: This can also happen if your CDE libraries are out of
        date.  Please make sure you have the latest release of CDE
        installed on your system.

To skip loading SyncCM in future execute this command:
% mv SyncCM.pm SyncCM.pm-
New conduit 'SyncCM' added to the inactive conduit list

and then in the Pilot Manager window I get:

Error Undefined subroutine $SyncCM::cm::setup called at
/usr/local/pilotmgr/SyncCM.pm line 864.

Trying to continue.

When I looked int this I went to the moshpit site for help and found that this error (the last one) is supposed to be from an older version of CDE.  I checked and what I found is that I am running a newer version that the one described (2.6.1).  I am running pilotmanager v 1.107 and SyncCM v1.101.  I have tried downloading and installing SyncCM v1.102 but when I move the *.pm files, pilomgr configure tells me that the version is still 1.101!

Any ideas?
