Synrconizing calendars

The syncronization works fine updating workstation-to-pilot,
ie; placing my workstation calendar appointments on the pilot.
But when I go away and add appointments to the pilot, how
do I syncronize the pilot-to-workstation? In other words, have
my new appointments entered in my pilot added to my workstation.

When I came back and did another sync, my new pilot appointments
disappeared.
