Darrell and Michael and all Sun employees on this mailing list:
the PDAsync project and sdtpdasync is currently not released
and is in Beta for Solaris 7 11/99 and Solaris 8.  Therefore,
any information on it is still considered Sun Proprietary 
information and and release of that information is to be under
Sun Non-Disclosure Agreements.  Please cease any further comments
on its functionality (too late now).

Others: I've been trying to get a pre-announcement of the CDE
PDAsync tool out of our marketing group to help reduce the FUD.
I'm sure you'll all understand that the acquistion of StarOffice
by Sun was a relatively quick and need-to-know event and the
engineering teams have not sat down to figure out the integration
strategy around the Palm syncronization tools in the CDE and in
StarOffice with our own desktop tools and any of the Netscape
productivity products.

Please give Sun some time to accomodate all these new opportunities.
