When I installed off the CD to my Linux box, I also got the greyed area for
"PalmPilot Hotsync Configuration". However, the installation/setup script was
added as an option next to "Staroffice" under KDE application menus, so I
restarted setup, and found that Pilot support was not part of the "standard"
install - I had to add it as an option. This was easily done, but I had to
reinsert the CD, and have the extra stuff loaded, so If the net install doesn't
have all the extra stuff or leave the setup script as part of your install, I
imagine you will have to get the CD. Does anyone else who did a /net install
know?
