SyncAB utility scripts

Hi,

Within Lucent and AT&T we use a corporate directory called
Post. I have written a utility that uses that and puts
records into the pilot addressbook (with the ABsync conduit).

However some of the scripts may be useful for other people
as well:
 - ABaddcat,    adds a category
 - ABfiltercat, filters one category out from .csvAddr
 - ABdate,      for creating pseudo records with a date
