Palm Sync Help

Question:

I am attempting to do an install with a new Palm V. I have various
DB's I need to load from the Desktop.

When I attempt to do the install, I get an error message on the
desktop pilotmanager: "Syncronization cancelled by the pilot,"
each time mI try to hotsync (the error message is immediate).

Any ideas for me?
