restore ?

Hi,

I sync'ed my palm pilot to an old ~/.pilotmgr (did this because my home
server went down and I have an old ~home that I kept), and I lost
most of my addresses that I have entered recently.

I have my newer ~/.pilotmgr back. How do I restore those address back.
