Again: Backup after reset

Hi,

a few days ago I asked this list for help because it was not possible for me to 
restore backuped data after a Palm-reset.

The problem is solved: It has been a hardware defect on the Pilot. I just 
received another apparatus in exchange of my old one. With this, it is no 
problem to restore data. So thanks everybody who helped me in that question.

One thing is worth mentioning for anybody using PilotManager: If you are running 
into problems like I did so that you are forced to contact a 3com-hotline, never 
mention that you are using other software than the original Palm-Desktop stuff. 
Try to reproduce your problem using the original 3com products. Otherwise the 
hotline refuses to help you! (However, if they accept your problem, they act 
quick.)
