Integrating AvantGo conduit into PilotMgr?

Is there a way to integrate the AvantGo conduit program (malsync) into
PilotManager? As it is, malsync runs as a seperate, stand-alone program. What
would be neat is if it could be add to the conduit list of PilotManager and it
would run along with the rest of the conduits when a sync is performed.

I've not yet looked at doing this myself. Does anyone have an idea how tough
this is to do?
