Error Csa add_entry failed: INVALID RULE (24) while adding...

Hello,

I receive 2 errors INVALID RULE (24) adding entries which are supposedly
in my Pilot.  When I search using FIND I cannot find the problem.  Let me what
this error is and how to solve it please?
