Correct
If you want a full backup use Pilot Manager. My wife uses the 3com PC
desktop and we did our rolling upgrade (I got a 5 she got my old 3) my
was a breeze took about 3 mins. Hers was a nightmare because the 3 com
product assumes you have kept the original copies of the apps you have
doenloaded and you have to re-install them. It only saves the apps data
as far as I could make out not the app. i.e. the .prn/.pdb files not
the .prc files (I think don't quote me it was something like this).
You can guess what I had done with the free downloads.....
