Since most (if not all) of Pilot Manager is Perl/Tk scripts, you'd have
to really ask

Each of the conduits would have to be reviewed to make sure they are
using 4-digit date stamps for comparisons, etc.
Somebody would have to do a full sync on a system with the date set
to various critical dates and see if all the conduits act appropriately.
The Backup archives use a 4-digit year, so that is good.
