Synch failures w V1.107

Greetings,

I have just updated pilotmgr to V1.107, and I am getting numerour messages of the form:

unable to create "appointment" in desktop calendar
Error Csa add_entry failed: FAILURE (6) while adding "appointment"

any suggestions on whaty this is and how I can fix it?
