syncAB questions

Anyone,

I really hate asking stupid questions but....

I just got my palm pilot today and wanted to load up Sun names/numbers from 
Address Manager....but in reading the archives, everyone talks about some .csv 
file in .dt/Addresses.... I have no .csv file there.  For that matter, in 
Address Manager itself, when I try to create a new card and save it, it creates 
a 0 length file....

And what is a .csv file and can I get the sun names/numbers into my Sun 
catagory?  If so, please tell me how...

Please resond directly, as I don't subscribe to this alias (yet) ;-)
