I don't think the SyncCM.log will help, but it might so check
it to see if there's anything regarding this appointment.
Check the DTCM equivalent of the callog file to see what kind
of repeat sequence this appointment has on the server. Even
though the GUI doesn't support it, the appointment should still
translate OK (although if you touch it with DTCM you will hose
it since it will shoehorn the appointment into some other kind
of repeat structure).
This is probably a bug in the SyncCM code. :-(
