Robert,

In PilotManager Window.

File -> Installer -> Configure

In configure window 

Add

In the Directories pane navigate to the directory with the package you wish to 
install. 
In the files pane highlight the file(s) you wish to install (.prc or .pdb).

Press Accept

In PilotManager window...

File -> Installer -> Run

Press hotsync button on cradle.

That's all there is to it.
