Library question can't use CM help help please

I had a pilot for a long time running on openwindows with no trouble at all.

I broke it and now have PalmIIIx and decided to upgrade to the latest
pilotmanager.

I am a client on a server ( I'm not a network expert ) and know that I have
to run pilotmanager from the client to be able to sync with the dev/ttya port.

After installing the new packages basic and small and Tk I get this error
I am running openwindows

./PilotManager
vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv ERROR vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
Unable to load conduit 'SyncCM'
SyncCM has been removed from the conduit lists
Details of the error:

	SyncCM Error!

SyncCM was unable to load. Perhaps this is because you do
not have the appropriate CDE library (libcsa) installed on
	your system?

Note: This can also happen if your CDE libraries are out of
date. Please make sure you have the latest release of CDE
	installed on your system.
