Syncing Calendar between 11/1999 to 12/1999?

Although I've specified that calendar syncing is done 'til 2000, appointments
from November 1999 onwards still doesn't appear. Has anyone encounter this
problem?

How to make appointments between November 1999 to Dec 1999 show up? What
is missing?
