INVALID RULE (24)?

Any suggestions on how to get rid of this error message?  Or what it means?  
This is an appointment that I initially created on my Pilot.  SyncCM then 
replicated it on my desktop.  After I started getting this error message, I 
deleted the item from both calendars.  But I'm still getting this error message 
several weeks later.
