Stopped (tty input)

Am trying to install version 1.107, but PilotManager stalls with this 
message.

I did have version 1.106 running fine.  I renamed that pilotmgr folder to 
"pilotmgr_1.106", then named the new downloaded folder "pilotmgr".  I get the 
above error when I try to run the new copy of PilotManager.

Any and all help appreciated.
