set and running SyncPlan

I'm new to pilotmgr, and I'm trying to use it to sync my Pilot with
Plan on my work station.  I  have both pland and netplan running and
the server is selected.

I have the following conduits active:

SyncPlan, v0.95 BETA
Backup, v1.007
SyncTime, v1.02
Installer, v1.008
SyncAB, v0.96 BETAp1

And when I run I get the following Synchronization Status:

03/31/99 15:28:07   Please press the Hotsync button on your Pilot cradle
03/31/99 15:28:08   Connected.
03/31/99 15:28:23   Synchronizing using the Installer conduit
03/31/99 15:28:23   Synchronization complete

Any pointers on what I need to do to configure pilotmgr to run
the other active conduits and specifically SyncPlan is appreciated.
I've tried to read most of the stuff on the website, but I'm still at
a loss.
