0000 Re: Why should I re-digitize every so often in these days??



Robert, Kent, Jean, Jaime, thanks for your email.

It might be a problem of touch pad itself as Robert let us know.
I'm forwarding this email to support@xxxxxxxx for just in case if they have
any new solution other than suggesting replacing the screen.

For 3Com customer support folks, my unit is Palm Pilot Professional,
serial number(?) from back is 106V1AR77JCE, System v.2.0.4 Pro.

Also, I'm trying to do a hard reset (by pressing the reset switch while
holding down the power key) if that will ever fix the problem. I'll report
back after a week or so if I dont't see the problem any more.
