You have a nonstandard archname in your perl installation.
It should be "sun4-solaris" not "sparc-sun-solaris2.5.1".

You should be able to still use the libraries from the pilotmgr web page.
cd into /users/ddutt/freesoft/pilotmgr/lib/perl5 and do:

ln -s sun4-solaris sparc-sun-solaris2.5.1

Then try running PilotManager again..
